Driver Requirements
To join the D&D Trucking & Hauling team, all applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum Age: 23 years old
-
Valid CDL-A license or applicable Hotshot driving experience

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for the past 3 years
-
No major at-fault accidents or DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
-
Must pass a DOT-compliant drug screen and background check
-
Must have a working smartphone for communication and dispatch apps
-
Strong knowledge of load securement, DOT regulations, and logbook management
-
Professional, dependable, and able to represent the D&D brand with pride
-
For Owner Operators: must have an FMCSA-compliant truck and 40ft flatbed or gooseneck trailer
